The Walt Disney World Dolphin of the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort will be the conference venue and official HCII2019 hotel.
A number of rooms have been reserved to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, while significantly reduced rates have been agreed with the hotel, valid for all Conference participants for the duration of the Conference as well as for 2 additional days, before and / or after the Conference, subject to availability of rooms at the time of the reservation.
Please note that Friday, June 28, 2019 is the cut-off date for reservations. Any requests after that date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate based on availability.

Cut-off date for reservations is Friday, June 28, 2019. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold a reservation and shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to arrival and a cancellation is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time of the reservation is made.
If you cancel up to five (5) days prior to arrival, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel within five (5) days of the scheduled arrival, the forfeiture amount will be a 1 night stay. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.
